It seemed like a good idea at the time.

The Leatherman Style PS proved noble in its ability to cut tags, tape, ribbons and take down boxes.

I had that great ironic thing of using an MT to open a package of another MT (a bear grylls survival pack).

I'm warming to the style ps.

Any typoes courtesy of heineken.

my Xmas present opener

Nice!   What model is this?

We did gifts this evening and as expected there was a LM Crunch and a LM PS4. Guess I already know what tomorrows EDC will be.

Tony

that is a custom alox, nice indeed.

and yes, the package opener has been quite the great invention of 2012. Dime and package opener all the way, yay!

I got a BO MUT the other day, so that has been in my pocket. Today it even helped me open up an original Supertool. I also had the Micra on me, but didn't need anything more than a blade. Sadly, the only camera I own is an hour away so I don't have pictures.  :(

Like I thought, my Supertinker took the brunt today, it opened a ton of toys.  I used the scissors, main blade, and phillips a lot.  I ended up getting a Style CS from my brother in law, so it did about a quarter of the snipping and I was really impressed with it.

I ended up using a Vic Classic.

Somewhat underwhelming, I know, but got the job done. :tu:

Come to think of it, that's pretty much the life testimony of a Classic, isn't it?

My wife and I used my Climber for opening our gifts.  Mostly the blade but sometimes the scissors.
