Hello everyone. :-) My names Joe and I just wanted to drop a new thread to introduce myself. I'm a long time member on other knife forums (JerzeeDevil) and go by the name Jtolly or Dr. Joe pretty much everywhere. Im a 29 year old Chiropractor and live in Colorado Springs, Co.  Since moving out to Colorado 6 months ago... I find myself getting more and more into multitools... Especially SAKs. My current EDC is a Victorinox SwissChamp. I'm looking to get into modding and found this forum. You guys seem like you're just the people I need to be talking too. :-) Anyways... I'm very happy I found this forum and I hope that Ill learn a BUNCH of new stuff about the world of multitools.

Joe

Welcome! :)

What other SAK's do you have? For me, while I like the SwissChamp, I prefer carrying a Cybertool 41 when I carry a SAK of that size.

I just sold my LM Charge TTi with bit extender 3 days ago... It was nice but was lacking a few tools the SAK has... (Magnifying glass, pen, amazing scissors and a few other little things). I did like how everything locked and the bit driver was really cool (I didn't use it hardly ever). I did have a LM Surge and found it even better for me than the Charge, but that was a real tank! I didn't mind the size of the Surge... If I could have swapped out a few of the tools. The Victorinox WorkChamp or WorkChamp XL is next on my list (locking blade)... I just want to add a magnifying glass and pen slot and I'd be multitool nirvana. I guess I'm going to need to mod a SAK WorkChamp XL or something like the Surge to get what I really really want. :-)

Welcome aboard. Only 2 posts and already you are discussing modding your MT's - you'll fit in real well here  :tu:

Thanks... I don't mess around. ;-) I've been a knife nut for a long time and now I'm 100% into multis... I've been on a quest to find that perfect EDCer (for my outdoorsy/hikers lifestyle) and now I've come to the conclusion... It's time to MOD. Lol
