Unfortunately that mirrors a bit of an oversimplification.
The assumption obtained from that picture is that all women want to be as thin, and have the dimensions, shown in the reflection. But if you got a woman with that figure and put her in front of a mirror, she would most probably not like her reflection either, somehow women seem to see their own reflections as being bigger and fatter then they are. To compensate you need a mirror which shows reflections on a non-linear scale. So for a fat woman it really scales things down, but even for a thin woman it makes them thinner so when they look at their reflection with their over-fattening eyes, they look perfect.
And of course, it's all important that they are the most beautiful / thinnest out of their group of friends, if not the world (depending on degree of vanity and insecurity), and so you would want the reflection showing their closest friends standing behind them looking fatter and uglier than they are.
I think then you would have the perfect mirror for a woman.
Of course for a man every mirror is perfect, as shown in the pic below. But one of those mirrors you find at the fair ground which makes you all funny shapes and sizes would be just perfect to while-away a few hours every day amusing yourself.
