[FOUND] Leatherman bit wanted
on: January 03, 2013, 10:21:05 PM
If anyone has a spare #0 (opposite side is #3) Philips bit, I would be eternally grateful. :mail: :salute: I don't use hex bits a lot and I think that between that bit and the Wave's included one I would be set. If necessary I can try to pay you,  but I would likely be limited to mailing cash (/checks?). I am not an diehard tool user yet and going to college soon so every penny saved counts. :)

Does that bit even exist? I looked though my bit drawer and didn't see it.
 Pic?

Thanks for looking. Do you use it regularly of could $2 convince you to part with it?
I find the included Philips to be too big for many applications. If you think the double sided #1 and #2 is fine enough (#1 side obv) to bridge the gap between the two Wave bits and have an extra please let me know. I really only use philips but like I said, the included is not that useful.

I've lost and replaced a few set of LM bit sets, I might have a spare one. Lemme dig around and see.

I think I have an extra one lying around if Gryffin can't find his. Anyone know what would be the cheapest way to send this bit up to Canada would be?   For sending MTs, I usually use a priority mail flat rate box, but it seem like overkill for a single bit...

I believe you could get away with a regular envelope and two stamps. I can PM you my address when you are ready.

Edit: Thanks bro!

Don't worry about it, Gryffin -- I spoke with Mr. Scorpion via PM, and I'm sending him the bit.  :salute:

Great! Finally got around to digging through some storage containers, found I had *three* of the things, including the one in my EDC bit adapter kit. Sorry I couldn't get around to the digging sooner!

Yeah, if you still have one available, I would be happy to pay reasonable shipping cost to get one!  PM me if you would like to part with one.

I dont seem to have one either and dont know if I lost it or one of my sons did! :D

Sure, just PM me your mailing address. It's pretty tiny, I'll just send it first class mail.
