SAKwiki looks ugly this morning.

I presume some one thought it necessary to change the SAKwiki software.

I hope the small amount of beauty that SAKwiki had can be restored.

I say if it isn't broken, don't fix it.

To be honest, SAKwiki does look like it could use some aesthetic upgrade. I was working as a web-designer about a year or two, and as far as I can tell the site is very basic (I believe HTML with a little CSS). Although the site is a wiki, it's better for it to be as simple as possible, but as I said, a little touch-up wouldn't hurt

Security update was long overdue and rather than stick to the old 6.x LTS release I migrated it up to the newer 9.x LTS I'm not keen on the theme/template either... but I also feel the same for the mto wiki... they both got upgraded and both themes are lacking. I was partially hoping that with the core upgrade would be an upgraded theme with more modern look and functions. But as they release new versions it appears the design side is regressing rather than advancing.

If anyone has a line on some decent 3rd party themes for Tikiwiki 9.x please let me know...
