  • I'm an Adult?!?! When did that happen?
I recently bought these knives in a single lot on eBay, the seller was in Austria.

Other than the Alox SAK which is what caught my eye, I have no idea of the quality, value, age, etc of the others.

Most of these will be going back on eBay to recover some/all of the cost of the original purchase, but for all I know there might be another gem in there of similar "goodness" as the old Pioneer.

They have been very lightly cleaned and oiled, but not scrubbed, scoured and polished.

Gentlemen and Ladies, may I present for your learned consideration..

All stainless, Tang stamp is two arrows (archery type) crossed in a circle.

All steel, including the pressed scales

Robert Klaas, Solingen.  Kissing Crane tang stamp on both blades, brass liners

Stainless blades, MOP(?) scales, <JWK> tang stamp

Souvenir knife from Vienna. "Made In Germany" tang stamp,

Blade appears stainless,  FES tang stamp

(presumably) German Sak-a-like with glass cutter. no tang stamp

WAGOT tang stamp and Solingen stamp on back of tang, brass liners

and you've probably seen it before, but once again for your viewing pleasure

It’s a shame Neil is not around as he has a lot of penknife knowledge

I don’t know a lot about these except Solingen has a good reputation

Everything’s adjustable

I'm usually pretty good with Googling, but I haven't been able to turn up much on most of these at all.

They look decent but nothing expensive.
The glass cutter one is interesting.
The kissing crane one may be the best one, being german instead of the cheaper Chinese ones, though klaas marked ones and klaas marked knife blades are common. Do not expect a lot.
2X-Tap may know more but he has not been around in ages. Try pm him.

Just my free oppinion....

That pretty much matches with what I'm thinking.
I will be happy if I manage to average $5-$10 for them because if I can do that, the old Pioneer will be free...  and you can't complain about that.
