Carrying my first re-bought Champion after the fire. It's in a old display sheath that a buddy replaced the loop on. I carried and used this one a lot over the last 8 years.

What a great SAK.

Got one at home waiting on me. Will be one of my faves I bet.

Nice pic as usual SAK Guy. What are your thoughts on the sharpening steel? I've often been tempted as I use a full size steel normally.

I'm carrying the dastardly duo again for FatSAK March, Monspirit and Monwoody. I've had to have them protected from jealous robbers:

Thanks guys!!! :salute:

Never used that steel as I always had a pocket diamond steel/stone with me but my original Champion always had an old F. Dick pocket steel of the same type...it worked well for touch ups. Always thought of that steel as a backup/emergency steel.

But SAKGuy has a large beard and thus looks wise. You on the other hand were asking about giving your four year old a knife to play with. Who should I take advice from?

Sound logic.

As a general rule I would listen to SG over me in most matters cause he is smart and I am a little cray.

This is a fat SAK for me, I usually carry an Alox,Climber or Compact.
Already done some hard work today modifying a plug that I was too cautious to use the Spydies thin blade on.

Thanks buddy!  It's been too long since this has seen pocket time, so I'll probably be carrying it for a while now.

Left the house in a rush this morning, Supertinker still sitting in the kitchen draw . Only got the Alox Classic that's on my keys. In reality, that's probably going to be more than enough.
