I think I have proof that whoever is actually making these things, really is just using leftover parts from something else. Take a look at the tool selection in this particular specimen (not even labeled Winchester)

Apparently whomever the original source for parts was, they ran out of tweezers and they had to get them from somewhere else! I think I like the tweezers on yours better than mine as they look like they are less likely to snag on things.
