The sheath isn't great for EDC- it's a purpose or job oriented tool designed for easy access. The top is open and the Hybrid is easily accessed but also fairly easy to fall out. It's meant for florists to use at work so it's easy to fire in and out of the sheath. It stores in the open position and doesn't fit the sheath when the tool is closed, so if you want to carry it elsewhere (and it seems to me this would be a nice option) you will need to buy a seperate sheath. As to what will fit it, well your guess is as good as mine.Def
Nope. The only lock on the Hybrid locks the shears closed for safety.Def
