SAK warrantee.
on: February 13, 2013, 04:58:55 AM
I just sent my Victorinox off to get a warrantee replacement on the scissors of my Victorinox Fisherman ( they were completely broken in half when I was given the knife. How long of a turn around do they have to get me a replacement/ fix on the old knife?

Sent my knife to them from Oregon on Jan 11th, got to them on the 14th, got back to me on the 6th? of Feb.  Still have the problem with the bent saw blade.

Good Luck.
If you can't fix it with duct tape, a hammer, a screwdriver, bailing wire, zipties, or a Swiss Army Knife, it's broken and irreparable.

I had to enclose a check for $5 too.. I wasn't too thrilled about that either.
