Help Needed!!!

Hi  Can anyone in the uk help me?? i need someone that can mod my farmer for me, by adding an extra layer with a square phillips and magnifying glass!! if possible!!
Obv i'll cover cost of parts/labour/postage
any help would be appreciated, thank you
