Leatherman Z-Rex picture request
« on: February 18, 2013, 09:40:50 AM »
Hello all

I currently carry a Benchmade 7 Hook and im looking to get the Z-Rex because of its glassbreaker, but im not too excited as the Z-Rex seems like quite a large tool.

Can anybody who owns a Leatherman Z-Rex please post a picture when its carried on the belt in its sheath? Just so i can get an idea of its size.

Thanks in advance

I know that it's been awhile since someone has posted here but thought I would add my photo's as requested by the OP and also someone else might want to know what it looks like.

Z-Rex in hand, feels very comfortable and solid...

Seat belt cutter, it can be switched...

Titanium Glass breaker...

Hex bit driver option...

Size comparison Z-Rex next to my Leatherman Sidekick...

Here is my Car EDC / Emergency kit... This will be updated and added to over the coming weeks and months, I may look at either a Skinth FR or a Skinth Catch All for my car.

Thanks for the pics. I've since bought the Z-Rex, but it's too big for belt carry, so I mounted it on my duty bag instead.

By the way, that's a tungsten carbide glass breaker, not titanium.
