New Wenger Ranger 73! TRADED!
on: March 05, 2008, 02:26:27 AM
Traded away to a lucky member for a Black Swisstool spirit 8)

The Ranger is a well engineered and solid knife/tool...I just can't find a use for it in my EDC!  I bought it from Tim just to see how the whole folding pliers mechanism worked, and just to see what it was like.  It hasn't left my desk since I got it.  Comes with box and paperwork.  The only use it saw was snipping that wire shows in this thread:

I'm looking for stuff like knives, multi's, flashlights, a large Spec Ops sheath + money, maybe a Zilla Tool + money.  I paid $50 for this SAK, so something(s) fairly equal to that in value.

It is an interesting piece, just doesn't fit my EDC :sak:

It's a work of art indeed, but for tools with pliers I still prefer multitools and not a SAK!

Nice pic there Corrugated. Thanks.

I knew that from the start :D

I knew I could pass it along to another multi-nut after I was done playing with it (and I was right!)
