12-in-1 Multitool Pen
on: March 17, 2013, 04:59:19 PM
Does anyone have one of these?

http://www.firebox.com/product/660/12-in-1-Multi-Tool-Pen

I am very interested but I can't seem to find one outside of Firebox's website and they only sell to UK residents.

Anyone have a review?

I wondered if they were any use too - I've also seen them come up on ebay now and again.

I'll bet a TSA agent would have a great time with that!

Yah. I always see the ugly blue ones.

I want to see if it's a fun tool to have.

I had one once, I don't remember it being too bad but I certainly didn't mourn its loss.

The pen was a bit rubbish and the screwdrivers were very small (glasses only) but the blades were sharp, like mini Stanley knife blades almost.

Yeah, the knives are scalpel sharp. The second time I used it I managed to cut myself with it as I fiddled to get them in the stupid holder.

I think I would rate it a lot better if my clumsy hands could put it together better.

I don't remember anything about it, but I'd be wary of putting anything sharp and pointy up my ear!
If I get an itchy ear I've usually got some glasses nearby to I relive the itch with them. Can't say I've ever wanted a *pick*, sounds a bit painful  >:D <<ears on fire?

I have been thinking

It's been years since I owned one but it was not this exact one,
mine was a one piece aluminum tube with 'grabs' in the end, after tightening it the grabs would lock up and you needed both hands to release the very sharp blade  :ahhh  it had to go

So you might need one after all Eric  >:D

 :D

Everything’s adjustable
