Pliers, file, saw - no scissors. Does a production version exist?

Wondering if something like the Craftsman without scissors exists?

I can't think of one off hand, but taking a layer out is a fairly easy mod

I can't think that exists as a standard SAK model either, so I suspect a mod is the only way to go.

That's a tool set that I'm certain hasn't ever been in production, Vic just don't seem to have used the combo tool on 91mm SAKs all that often.
