For $17.76 you can buy any of the following:

Boker Tech Tool 4. This is an AMAZING deal!
SOG Reactor
Gerber Crucial
Gerber Dime (multiple colors)
SOG Entrenching Tool (Shovel)
Schrade Tough Tool
Ka-Bar Hobo knife
Kershaw Cinder
SOG EDC Essentials Kit
Ka-Bar Mark 98
CRKT Exitool

I'm not affiliated, I was looking at a Bear and Sons tool and thought to check what was on sale before completing my purchase. The Boker Tech Tool 4 I bought when the price dropped to $28. At $17.76 it's an absolute steal. It was a $60 knife!  I think I may get a few for xmas gifts....

The Boker is enticing. Shipping is a little steep but still a good deal. Thanks!

I bought the Boker at $28, and it quickly became my favorite SAK... even though it's not technically a SAK. I replaced the rescue blade with a Victorinox inline phillips driver, and that made it even better!  The blade is really the best part, it's a big sodbuster blade, and it's very sharp and keeps an edge well. The scissors aren't quite as good as Vic scissors, but they're significantly bigger and the backspring action is very nice. Everything on the boker is bigger and beefier than the vic equivalent, and the blade is far, far more useful.

I think I'm actually going to snag another...

Thanks again for having posted the info, Charles!

The Tech Tool 4(carbon fibery scales) is the one I ordered and I am blown away at the quality. The fit & finish is a little bit above Vic's, looking at the example I recieved. The MSRP places it in Vic-price territory though, and it is produced in a lower expense region, so there was room for a little more F&F.
The combo thingie(flat/phillips-ish/serrated) is ridiculous and dangerous IMO. I hope the fire sale is an indicator an improved version is coming along at some point.

With the Tech Tools, LM Free T, and Gerber Armbar(coming 2020); I hope Vic is contemplating some design changes. Vic always does a jam-up job creating competition for existing modern designs, so it will be cool to see what is in store. :)
