May be of interest.

A Canadian hiker has been found alive after a bear destroyed his survival equipment and left him stranded in the wilderness for three months.
Marco Lavoie, 44, was starving and dehydrated amid heavy snow after surviving a bear attack on his campsite in August, according to Quebec Provincial.
Mr Lavoie set out on a  :pok: canoeing trip on the Nottaway river, around a thousand miles north of Montreal, on July 16.
Kelly: "Daddy, what makes men cheat on women?
Al : "Women!"

I wonder if it was a Bear Grylls or Les Stroud emergency survival kit?

from what I read he 'owes it all' to his German shepherd !
1) it fought off the bear
2) it made a good BBQ  ::)

This guy is what we Canadians call a wussy.

This guy more accurately describes a typical Canadian.   :ahhh
