WoW..... okay, since 16th I spontaneously decided to cut down on sweets & bread as I used to eat them a lot before.... I'm not setting any goals or periods within to lose weight- I know that when I leave it "on its own" and don't think about it, it works best I used to be 69kg from 2009 to 2012 or so, but this winter, or may be a little longer, I've put on about 5-7 kg.... which is So, I'll reduce the crap food and try to live on dairy mainly, vegies, fruit .... ok, I'll leave one pleasure - the sodas, I'll choose low-cal or zero-cal types, but I'll "need" them to feel my stomach full with something, lol.One good thing: the summer's coming and I don't feel much hunger in the heat, so I hope this will help, too... I also used to be able to do about 30-40 push-ups at one go before, but again, I've totally lost shape. I'll try to build that skill again gradually, starting from 10 push-ups ... So, yeah, I'm in the club
Doesn't matter how slowly you get there as long as you are heading in the right direction

Oooakay, I don't have working scales or such that measure with great accuracy... so I don't really care about what the scales show, but the tightest pair of pants that I have have become a liiiittle looser it seems
