Squirt P4

I have the chance to buy a red Squirt P4 in a tin box for £20. Is it worth that? It is no longer produced, and the production run was from 2002 to 2010.

I have 2 p4's and a s4 and although one of the p4's isn't being used in I'm sure it will at some point,i've got 6 discontinued lm's 7 including my surge and they have a new version of it now although it's not on there site yet but the new tti is

. I think it's a good price with that box so I would go for it,i really like my p4's

if not as a collectors item, it's still worth twenty quid ! you might not make a killing selling it on,not for a while anyway, but i wouldn't hesitate if i saw one for that price.
the fact that it's discontinued probably means you'll never get another chance to own one.

I would buy it. IMO the P4 is the best keychain tool LM ever made. I find it higher quality than the current PS4, and have had one on my keychain for a couple years.

Does anyone know what the story is with the tin case, rather than the usual box or clam shell packaging?

The tin is not terribly unusual. It's intended for giving it as a gift. Nicer presentation.

Spot on IMO. Given the RRP was around £35, getting one for £20 is a great UK price. Not sure it'll ever be worth much as a collectors piece, but it is a good little tool and well worth using.
