is it really worth it if you live in a city ? I used to carry a tiny ferro rod (about the thickness of a pencil lead) and a couple of pieces of that excellent Sparklite tinder, all wrapped in electrical tape. It was about the size of a small lozenge, but I don't even carry that now, couldn't ever imagine needing it.
Oh, I have a small lighter - thought this was referring to all that tinder and spark making stuff (which I really like but am yet to need).I could probably just rub my thighs together fast and start a goddamn fire
I always do , from time to time I've needed to light oil lamps , and candle lanterns , apply heat shrink tubing , ignite torches , flame fraying paracord or nylon web . The list is long .Chris

Thanks for the link Nightshade I think I went there once but they only cost 2.99 but shipping would kill me I think I may use there store finder again and see where 1 is the only close store though didn't have any Well on the hunt I go
