What exactly goes into being an "official" product of the Army?

Look at the US Army/Air Force/Navy/Coast Guard branded figures. 20+ years ago, they were GI Joes. Nowadays, they're complete and utter dollar store garbage.

That's what I assumed. I do have a Wallet Ninja (although it's the "plus" model or whatever with the emery board and mirror) in my travel kit. I've got however many credit card tools, and it's probably the best of the lot. Not sure it really screams HOOAH though.
