I've got a '98 Swisstool, in used but not abused condition. The trades on the outside are a little worn, but the tools and their individual locks are smooth as butter. I'm looking for an RS in similar condition for a straight-up trade. Doesn't have to be pretty, but it's gotta work. My Swisstool has been through a lot with me. It was actually responsible for me getting a few people out of car wrecks off-duty. I really want to trade up to an RS, because I like having scissors on my tools and the line/web cutter would be great, too. I will also take $80 shipped CONUS. (Paypal +4% preferred).
