From the look of the pouch, I can say with 95% certainty that it is a Leatherman.

What model is it???

I strongly believe it looks like a Charge nylon sheath. But, it does look awful wide.. Maybe he has tons of accessories in it?

id say too it might be charge and maybe theres two bit holders and pocketwrench? i use 500 series LM folder for my surge and it sure has stretcheda lot from pressure
