I can think of a scenario where I would rescue Dana Delany using a pair of Rakers to remove the toxic layers of cloth that were binding her torso.

Already done my rescuing - my fiancee from her crappy, abusive former marriage. She's blossomed from a downtrodden house-mouse into the gorgeous lass who I love to bits!

Question the nature of your orders.

Do unto others as they would do to you...

I would like to rescue my dog Cocoa--half Dalmation, half Labrador. As a puppy, she saved me from a leaf blowing in the wind...it was coming right at me, and she leaped through the air to chomp down on the attacker to prevent it from "getting" me. Another time, she saved me from a butterfly. Hey--it could have been a poisonous or carnivorous kind...dogs are perceptive, you know.

I'd rescue any MTO member who came into the FD's district. Hopefully the MTO member rescued him or herself with a trusty MT and is found stable with a smerk on their face looking at that trusty MT. If you do need a rescue and are in southern Saratoga county. Try and wait. ;) My ankle is busted and cant do operations with the VFD.

I'd rescue Bear Grills. From what I see him do/say in his show, he *really* needs someone to rescue him when he goes out into the wild...

 :D ;) >:D

Stealth and nhoj, the food is mine  (and mine only >:D , though I rarely cook) but the girly pictures are available on the Internet. Just find a nice spot away from your womenfolk and Google......

I'd like to rescue humanity from the declining amount of common sense, but that seems like an impossible one...

  • Any tool is better than nothing. Some not by much
Just so you know, common sense isn't on the decline. The general lack of it just becomes more evident as you get older, and gain more yourself. It is statistically proven that people are getting smarter. And they're still mostly idiots, so...

My opinion is that people have common sense but modern society conditions them not to use it. While I was just on my backpacking trip there were many huge cliffs that could kill you if you fell off of them. But there were no signs or railings keeping you away and yet no one gets hurt. But in normal life people get hurt on all kinds of stupid things and instead of thinking wow that was stupid, they just sue the company who made it.

Although I'm not a US resident, I'd like to rescue the folks in Detroit who have to suffer because of 50-odd years of fiscal mis-managment and council buck-passing that's led to the whole city going bankrupt :(
