Yeah i suppose Zebra is quire similar to horse, so the flavour won't be a surprise, just make sure it hasn't been tainted with any beef.

As it stands my wife is more than a little concerned about me "going away for the weekend with a few knife/axe collecting men that I have made contact with on the internet", in attempt to easy her mind I may have mentioned "comparing tools"  :facepalm:
