Found this on Sears Online Store for $6.29. I am pretty sure it's a key-chain sized tool. Available in numerous colors. Not much info provided on the site. Has anybody seen one of these in person?

By the looks of the File shape it's a keychain/micra copy.

Too bad, the shape is nice and would make a great full size tool.
