cr123 flashlight

I'm having trouble finding the flashlight I would like.  Figured every one here might help me find the right one.
I'm looking for one that runs on a single cr123.
Clicky (don't like twisty much) doen't matter if it's end or side clicky
A high around 200 lm, a mid and a low
A SIMPLE ui.  Click on for low and click again for mid and again for high.
Must be under $50  That is the very most in my budget.
Don't need mode memory, strobe,or holding the button until it cycles to the level I want.
pocket clip is completely optional, I holster carry.

I've carried my Leatherman Serac S3 for 4 years or so and was looking for something a bit brighter.

The only one I've found like this so far is the LumaPower LM33 from battery junction.
I just hadn't heard of them before and wanted to see if there were other options I missed.

Thanks!
I've looked at the Olight s10 ,I have the s20 and like it, just don't like having to hold the button until it cycles to the level I want.  Still, its near the top of my list.
Does the Quark have a clicky?  I didn't think it did?
the others have that weird (to me) thing with turning it on with the button then twisting the head to switch modes.  I've never actually tried one of them but that seems awkward.
Thank you for the links tho!

Quarks have two kinds of clickies. The one I linked too and the tactical one (comes with a two mode head). Go to their site and choose tactical to see the other options. I'll answer any questions when I wake up. ;) I have the tactical one.

There are also a couple Klarus lights that you might like.

I'm linking going gear cause they have videos for most of the flashlights they are selling too but look around if you can find better prices.

I still need to check out a couple of fenix lights.

EDIT: here's one

Ok, thanks everyone for the suggestions.  I finally just ordered the Lumapower LM33, and I have to say I'm quite pleased.
It works just like the descriptions say and is suprisingly light and slim.  The button is a bit different, its quite small, say 1/4 inch across.  seems pretty solid and robust.  Because its a forward clicky you can press it for momentary light and you can change modes this way too.  Otherwise you click it all the way off and back on to switch modes.  So that way its the opposite of my Serac
s3.  The glow in the dark features are a nice touch too.  I got it on sale for $30 and its totally worth that!

Sunwayman S10R

Great UI and more than adequate EDC light in a small package.

Love mine.
