Thank you for sharing,  I like the look of the SAK with leather looking scales,  that seems unique to me.  what is the story behind that one?   I like the scales, the rest of the knife is OK,  but the scales are awesome

That is a Luxury Cigar Cutter. Wenger made some knives with "coffin scales" which are always made out of stainless steel. On some of their higher end knives, they come with leather inserts, and these tend to be their Luxury line. For example...

The red one is a club version of the Minathor. The black is the Luxury Cigar Cutter, Two middle ones show the coffin scales without leather inserts. The other two are a Luxury Golf Pro, and a Luxury Fishing related knife...can't think of the exact model and I don't feel like digging it up either...sorry. What I can say are these two feature shark skin inserts. The red is a lizard of some sort. The black is cow hide...but I might be mistaken on that one.

And another special Wenger that feature the same style of scales.

I don't smoke so I can't say as I haven't used it...however, the design is a very good one. Far better than what Victorinox uses...so yes, I wouldn't worry about this not cutting a cigar. It is very sharp...that I can say.

Yeah, the Vic one only has three different sized punches, which I rarely use when smoking.

I agree...the Wenger seems to be a better design than the Victorinox which I don't have.

Had a little more time today, so...

I think I have a few more skull decorated Classics...but they are buried somewhere deep. Glad you like them. I have a soft spot for them myself.  :)
