Shield on Cadet 776

Hello All,

Getting ready to buy my first Alox.  Going to get a Cadet first and then
a Farmer later.  Is the shield on the Cadet raised up like the Farmer or
just painted on?

The current alox Cadet has the same shield like it's on the current Farmer. It's the same embossed and about same as big, just with a thinner frame.

So, what color are you going to get ?

Here's a pic of my black Cadet (which I won here in one of the great give-aways here) along with my Seiko Aviator, those Cadets are real beauties in my opinion  :drool:.
