I had previously looked at the Skeletool but was not impressed with the knife blade.
I bought my Skeletool CX mainly on looks.  :)  And I am impressed with the blade.

Anyway... shouldn't all this be in the Skeletool thread?  >:D

Just buy more tools. Then you have options depending on the situation. (And buy barely used or second hand like-new). I have everything from a Style to the TTi. The Style, Rebar, and TTi about cover everything for me. The MUT was just a sleazy affair, but fun too.

Hi all:

Thanks for the thoughts.  I have gone ahead and bought the Skeletool CX.  First impressions are very good--thanks to everyone for the votes on that one.  It is pretty surprising how light and compact this tool feels when you carry it in a pocket.  Anyway, my original impressions were obviously wrong--the blade shape is great, actually.  Thanks for setting me straight.

Cheers,

Geoff
