Quite a few from stargate and babylon 5 missing and incorrect in size.

How sad is it that I actually know that.

Yeah I think the scale is out on a few, also the ID4 city destroyer is not the mothership, it's far far larger than anything on there.

That was, sadly, the first thing I said as well...  ::)

Print it twice then! I was wondering where I could get a large print of it myself!

Actually my day ended up being crap. I'd have been better off wasting the day poring over this poster!

First the Dodge dealer was unable to replace the switch in my Jeep in a reasonable amount of time so I didn't get it done, then I went to work and found that a usually simple straightforward job had gone horribly wrong.

That's a very cool poster (even if I realised some of the B5 scale seems to be off). 8)

I figure that most issues are the result of sci fi writers not really knowing how big a meter is than any issue regarding the poster creator's misunderstanding.

"10,000 meters?  That sounds like a lot, yeah, put that down...."

I think you can go on on those forever, i had to force myself to stop playing each because they are so massive and addictive. X3 was the one i spent most time with, you could spend hours just navigating that vast space while your trading fleet makes you rich :)

This was posted on io9 yesterday, and the original source link is:

there may be some updates on that page that are not in the OP link.

Don't I know that :D I even rigged a speech recognition for the game for some extra immersion... Noticed that I could play several hours long sessions without even knowing

Because I so rarely get to mention this. I am the author of the names 'Long-Bow' and 'Crete' for those two classes of ship. My contribution to the nerd-verse, from my work in 'Six-Shooters and Spaceships'. And... their scale is wrong, along with the Tohoku. I suspect the Firefly isn't present because it'd be too small to show up.

EDIT: Also, I think this web page is pretty awesome, and does a better job at smaller scale stuff.
