It's been a wacky year and a half, but I'm back GIVEAWAY

This story goes back to the winter of 2011.  I found a leak in the roof during one of the late fall rainstorms.  When I went up to inspect, I found the sheathing was rotted and parts of two adjoining trusses were also rotted.  The roof needed to be redone and not by an amateur (me). :ahhh

My wife and I discussed what to do.  I wanted the roof repaired/replaced.  She mentioned that she had hoped to do an addition and renovation.  We went to work planning what we could do with the house.  It took us nearly 5 months to find a builder for the project.  We got an architect to draw up the plans and Janene got the building permits in October 2012.  Ground broke the Monday before Thanksgiving.

In the end, we did the following:
1. Bumped out the front of the house to expand the living room
2.  Added 2 bedrooms downstairs (under the extension)
3. Built an office off of the garage and fully insulated the garage
4. Replaced all windows and doors in the house
5. Replaced garage door
6.  New siding (house and garage)
7. New roof
8  Replaced kitchen appliances (all of them)
9.  New hardwood floor upstairs
10.  New kitchen cabinetry
11.  New soapstone countertops
12.  Repaired and resurfaced the deck.

The builders did most of the work, but Janene and I built the annex (I wired it completely), kitchen cabinetry (Janene built all of it--dovetailed drawers,  nearly nailess/screwless construction.  We did most of the interior painting.

We passed the final inspection on Monday.  :drink:

So now it's time to celebrate.  I'm doing a giveaway.  There are 4 items in the giveaway and there will be at least 3 winners.  Possibly four.  I'm giving away a NIB Leatherman Kick, NIB CRKT Guppie and NIB PocketWrench II.  These will given away in the routine random number fashion.  First number gets the Guppie, second gets the Kick and third gets the Pocketwrench II.  1-1000

Additionally, the first person to guess how many cats we have on the farm wins a Maratac AAAX1 light (NIB).

Looks great. :D Now we only need a helicopter shot of the estate. ;)

One question though. What if some of the 372 :ahhh cats have young ones till the giveaway ends? :D When does it end btw? ;)
