Cool story Marios, and I'm glad you lucked out bigtime with that find :tu:

As for the mag glass, I would like a new glass one, so I may have to pick up a new Explorer sometime... >:D  I've found the mag glass on my Yeochamp to be useful occasionally, but not much.  I've used it more for fun than anything, but I've needed it at work for viewing small or semi-worn out serial numbers, so it's handy in those times.

Nice luck Marios.  You are right though normally you'd have to mod one to get this exact loadout.  The new metal saw is so much better than the old one.. and it wont rust.   :tu:

Congratulations on finding exactly what you were looking for, it's always a great day when that happens to me!

And that appears to be the exact configuration my Swisschamp is, I was only looking for the older 8x mag glass with the longer screwdriver.  What are the differences in the files?  Mine looks exactly like yours (at least from what I can tell in the pics) and so does the one on my Marlboro Troubleshooter.

Marios's knife has the new stainless steel metal saw/file (well, that's what I understand from his story; it's not clearly visible in the photos). I don't think the Troubleshooter was available with the new metal saw since that SAK was discontinued a while ago and the stainless steel metal saw was introduced around 2005 (even later on 91mm models I think).
