My wife doesn't complain about me hoardind some users, she knows they are useful. She does poke fun at me for being reluctant to use my Vic Spirit or my only shelf queen, a Swisstool, though.

I get reprimanded quite often, especially since I always end up with cuts from all that balisong flipping but aside from that, I get to collect as many multis, knives and gear that our finances will permit

I am a complete gear head. My wife know that, and she likes it. She knows I don't just trow money on the next next new thing, and that I prefer gear that works and fits my taste. I apply the same philosophy for things I buy for her, and she loves it.

She has more than a few multi tools herself.  Thats why we are a good couple.  In addition the profit I make from sales makes my collection have no effect on our budget.
