Yes. it's done with a Dremel cut-off wheel...actually two discs mounted on the arbor to make a wider cut.

For me my favourite all round Sak size is 91 mm.
But I am very fond on 108s for certain tasks.

84! Almost have the whole lot except alumnus, serrated and electrician. Also collecting Elinox and Victoria variations in 84 mm but those are not so easy to find of course...

I've gone for 91, but 84/5 and 93 are great,like 58s,and I've a soft spot for 108s. Really don't like the bigger ones

Favourite SIZE has got to be 84mm. Unfortunately the tools were limited. 85mm Wengers add the scissors, better retention of T&T, locking drivers, and I do like the lobster claw can opener. Some of the tools were bonkers though such as the huge but tiny mag glass, and the awls were pretty crap. They also ruined the range by putting locking blades on everything that had an inline Phillips. The best size is 84, but the best tools are on 91s (with the exception of the locking driver on the 85s)

58mm are good up to Manager size
65mm are good
93mm are ok, but I don't really like the feel of alox
108 are donkey poo, particularly the supposed saw
111mm are ok, but offer more cons than pros over 91mm
120mm handle the step up better with their pliers, saw and scissors
130mm are good, but shame about the fat arse

I would have to go with 93mm, but 91mm is a very close second and to be completely honest if the 93mm never existed 91mm would suffice.

No mate, the ridiculously bulky scales that supposedly make it more ergonomic, but actually do the reverse (especially on the knives with pliers layer)

Forgot to mention 74mm in my overview. Shows how highly I think of them doesn't it.

91mm is the largest you can comfortably pocket carry, I think.

Its also the 'iconic' sak.

I don't think they are bulky, For some people, like me, with big hands, they are perfect and ergonomic. Also they are built like a thank.

Voted 58mm, i only have an old 91mm but i would like to get a 58 minichamp because i probably want to buy one for on the keychain. I have an swisstool x in the pocket so i have no need for a bigger SAK.
