Well, I actually don't own either.  If I were to get one or the other, though, I think I would go with the Piranha on the basis of (1) the included 1/4" bit and (2) my general preference for steel tools over aluminum or titanium.

I have one.  The Piranha is more varsatile.  Since they are both $20, I guess it's a matter of preference. 

The Piranhas used to be 440C when PocketToolX made them.  Now I believe Leatherman uses 420.

I don't have one, but, if you want to do wrenching, not much can beat the PocketWrench  :whistle:

Titanium is just a really bad material for a Wrench, any minor pressure and you're beating your tool up.

Looks cute, but you're going to need a bunch of clearance to use the WTF without making dozens of turns more than you need. It also suffers from not having an open end, which further limits its usefulness. I like the Pihrana  for a one piece wrench, and the PWII to slip on a Leatherman sheath just in case, but even then, neither get much use from me.
