New Old Pioneer (with a surprise)

So seeing as I am now back I decided to treat myself to a Old Red Alox White Cross Pioneer, which I found listed on a Antique shop website I found it was £45 no box just the knife. I didn't think that was a bad price knife was looking in excellent condition so I went for it (making sure I checked with the other half first

)

Today It turned up in the

- This is such a sweet knife its in MINT condition looks like its never been used (has the odd bit go pocket fluff) - Brass liners and just so happy to have this in my collection - So I start getting each tool out one by one checking them all out and all the time

Then to my surprise I find something else - have a look at the pics

Am I correct to think this is midd 80's?

Nothing would be more pleasurable than to carry this around every day showing it but it's far to nice to use and like you say hard to find in such great condition. So it's going to stay safe and sound in the collection only to be taken out and fondled now and again.

Excellent price for a unused, brand new condition, Farmer with brass liners.

In USD that makes about $72, who wouldn't want to find such a Farmer today at this price. Heck, they would fly in no time at double that.

Regardless of the cost, it's a truly beautiful SAK. Congrats!!!
