This is a mistake made​​, mod or real multitool?

It's a real one, I've seen them before, also in blue, but am not sure about the history of them. Nice find. :salute:

Interesting little tool...but why 2 nail files?
There is no beginning,or ending,and for this we are thankful,cos now is hard enough to understand!

It seems it's mainly knifeless, so, being Leatherman, they replaced it with a file, just like on the Knifeless Fuse... At least, it's two different files...
