Hello from Canada eh?
on: November 28, 2013, 02:06:33 AM
Hello!

I've been lurking for a while and felt this is a good time to plunge in.  Seems like a good place to get ideas about MT's and other items to play with that will annoy my wife even further.

Carry a Victorinox Rucksack but am looking for something smaller for EDC; SAK, prytool/keychain thinger... Suggestions are welcome.

Located just outside of GTA in Canada, that means Rob Ford is not my mayor thankfully!

Love taking my wife, our 2 little girls and our dog camping or exploring the woods outside of the in-laws. When allowed I spend time on open fairways cursing white spheroids, that's Daddy time till my girls are older and possibly take an interest.

Enough jibber jabber, again looking forward to chance to chat, discuss and learn.

Cheers!

Where outside the GTA are you?  I went to school in Alliston, lived in Borden, Barrie, Orillia and as far south as London.

Welcome to the forum!

If you want a smaller SAK I'D go with a pioneer.  For keychain I'd go with the Micra.

As a proud Calgarian, I'd like to tell you to take your Oilers business back home  ;)

Currently we live in Milton but are from the Peterborough/ Trent Hills area. Actually hoping to get out of suburbia in the next year or so.  :-)

welcome mate
Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

"And now, it's time to hand this over to our tame race axe driver. Some say, he can live in the forest for six months at a time without food, and he knows of a secret tribe of only women where he is their God. All we know is, he's call the Styx!" - TazzieRob

Welcome! They charge 10% more in store so you should buy more than one item to get better deals.
