I would rather have a Model 1890 Elsener Soldier's Knife in nice shape than either Victorinox's or Wenger's recent reproductions, quality tho they are. How many of the originals still exist? Who knows? Has the value of the Heritage SAK knives really declined? (first sold at circa $450)
