What is a Victorinox WK Silver Alox? Just an older one or a special edition?

It stands for 'Waffen-Kontrolle' (Weapon Control I presume). It's a stamp that was put on knives that were actually issued to Swiss soldiers.

If it were a year older or younger if would fetch a lot more. Nice condition for a 73 though.
