That's a modified main blade. I've done a few myself to give new life to broken tipped blades.

The closest thing would be the Electricians blade...but be aware that it is a single-sided primary grind like the gardening knives. The next closest would be to take the pruning blade and grind the beak off.

Scibeer made that beauty for me :) :) :)  It has, of course, become my primary EDC.

It obviously isn't a Cadet anymore.   We never did come up with a name for it.
I suppose it is sort of a Voyageur/Woodsman/Technician.

84mm alox is a sweet spot in the size vs functionality curve for Victorinox.
The scales are not quite as thick as 93mm scales, so you can get 4 layers into
the same thickness as a 3-layer 93 like a Farmer or a 2-layer cellidor like a Compact.
It is more comfortable in the hand than a 2-layer Cadet.

He made the sheepsfoot from a My First Vic blade.
The scissors were from a beater Golfer.

It is a great companion for a a pliers-based muiltitool —
either a tiny one like the LM Squirt E4 or P4, or something like the Alinghi.

I completely agree with Andy.  Well said!

I *think* the regular Cadet is selling very well. Let's hope that it's popularity leads Vic to one day expand it's offerings, or maybe even just come out with a Cadet with scissors.

They've made a bunch of tools for 84mm in the past so nothing stopping them from bringing them back.   If everyone emails them a hundred times each, maybe they'll break down and do it!
