Phillips screwdrivers are different, the bottle opener is missing for the second, and I think there's supposed to be either a Phillips or corkscrew a the back scale.

Scissor vs. Large Blade: Blade appears bigger in second Picture
Small Blade bigger in second Picture
No Flathead/Caplifter in second Picture
Awl longer than chisel in first Picture
Hook vs. Phillips: Hook is shorter in second Picture
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

I was a little unclear. The same knife both views. What tools don't go together?

Square phillips with nail file on with new scissors/file/hook. Officer suisse + crosbow on the main blade reverse side.

I think the whole blade layer is from a different era knife or knives to the rest of the layers.

I think PTRSAK got it when he said the old knife layer. It is a new style file with all else old.

I think even the blade layer is mismatched, if it has the square Philips driver with file I think it should have a clip point small blade.
