Well to top it off I gave myself food poisoning. I feel like crap. I'm home for the day.

since I've been home all day I did some calling around.
I did manage to borrow enough money to keep smurf running but its gonna take a few days to get here. THANK GOD for family.

no report on the fat man today he's resting also.

all I would be doing is cleaning today so I'm kinda glad to be home. Cleaning in freezing cold sucks.

thanks for following. I should be back to work tomorrow. :D

nope it was my off work gear.

I don't wear the same coat to work as I do around home . I know it didn't accidentally get brought there.

my serrated blade has just a bit of front and back play. Most leatherman blades do have a little play

its nothing to worry about .

If its alot of play i would return the tool to leatherman.

Great :tu:  It will be interesting to see how it does if it happens to indeed be buried in snow or something...

How does that heater thing work? Gas out of the left bottle, water out of the right bottle?

Good news about the phone  :tu: hope things looks up a bit for you and your wife.

You Nailed it.

That is how she works.

the left propane tank has a flame thrower hooked on to the hose end and the right tank holds water heated by the flame thrower. You fill the right tank with water by opening the top value close it. And then close the second value almost tight only open enough to let the right amount of steam out the end of the house.

Painting today.

I used the fat man to open cans , opening packages, cut tape , remove screws and nails, scraping a little paint off glass.
all easy jobs for the fat man
its a nice size tool to use but its almost to heavy to belt carry. Almost :)
