Gatlight V3 LED Is Rolex of Flashlights

I love to own a Gatlight but I don't think I can afford to buy one. Does anyone here own a Gatlight?

I saw that in Popular Mechanics a little while ago too, and I was forced to conclude it's the same as any other LED light, only housed in a fancy (expensive) shell to make extra money off it.  That's also what some flashlight people I know said about it...
