Wave or swisschamp for sale
on: February 01, 2014, 10:24:55 PM
I have a new and unused swisschamp (new style mag-glass) red scales £30
and an unopened LM Wave £55
i'll pay UK postage. Europe probably wouldn't be much extra but I'd like to check prices before committing myself.
PM me ! I need cash lol

Hi,

I may be interested in the Swisschamp, pending the results of another Ebay auction. Would you be willing to post to AU, and if so how much would it cost?

Thanks

Hi Taxi Dad - Is the new mag a new new glass lens or the new old plastic one?

Cheers, Magentus

Magentus, I'm almost sure it's the 'plastic lens' but i'll check if and see if it's a deal breaker ?
having the very old grey style one I was a bit worried the newer one wouldn't be as good, but TBH there's not much in it from what I can see. the magnification isn't as much, but it is 'clearer' somehow

Thanks TaxiDad - I'm being picky - I've never had the cash to buy new, and my EDC at the moment is an old and battered Explorer - I love the in-line philips and the mag (such a fun tool) but I really miss the saw on my Huntsman or Farmer so I want to combine them.

I don't really have spare cash now, but £30 is a great price! You don't want a Farmer in part x do you? or a Huntsman?

Cheers for looking for me.

is there something I'm missing ? I did think people would be all over these, they are two of the most popular (and arguably best) tools on the market  :multi:
