I got home and saw only the last of it.  I never like a blowout game even if my team is the one blowing out the other.  I was indifferent to who I wanted to win though I was kinda routing for Manning to get a ring I guess.

Any decent ads?

Not being a football fan, I haven't watch the Superbowl since the development of youtube. And I think I'll be taking cover now.

Sat through it as my hubby watched it.

Strangely, every time I looked up, the (no spoilers) were scoring again.

At least there were some halfway decent ads. Laurence Fishburn as Morpheus ad was pretty hilarious.

EDIT: Ah, Raven, you posted while I was writing.

I didn't see any ads that bowled me over, but I didn't see much of the second half.  The half time show with Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers was great.   Mars did a James Brown riff including an homage dance step.

i was hoping for a more competitive game. but i really couldn't choose between the teams. generally dislike Broncos and Seahawk fans annoy the smurf out of me for some reason. i hope that will change now

I'm glad the Ravens weren't playing Seattle.  They were supernatural.  Halftime?  Bruno Mars was fantastic.  TRHCP?  Seemed pretty incongruous to me.  They've always struck me as one of those bands who would shun a Superbowl Halftime show.  It would be like seeing Lou Reed or Psychodelic Furs performing.

Having seen both, I can tell you "The Walking Dead" is better, but there wasn't much difference between the two.  Ruin and disaster everywhere for Denver.  No survivors. Desolation as far as the eye can see and everywhere you look Seattle Zombies!  :D

Man that game was painful to watch. I prefer games that are close. It makes it for a more exciting experience. Although there have been times I've felt that some games are rigged.

I had to google it.  It must have played before the game.  We were busy getting ready for a freakin' snowstorm.  We barely caught Joe Namath botching the toss.
