Got a new phone last week. Moto Z2 Play(4GB RAM/64GB storage version). It isn't the latest greatest, but it sure kills my old phone.  It is part of the reason my MT collecting is slow right now. That and trying to get some of my old fans up to snuff. :ahhh

It is, it's got stories from awl around the world, when people used a SAK to "save the day" and get out of some difficult spot. I think you got the same stories in their website, but it looks great in this small booklet.

One good thing about a "smart" phone is the ability to do research in the field without lugging around a bunch of books or the like. My NEC Terrain is pretty old; but at least it comes with a document reader (for Word and PDF) that allows me to not only pull up web pages but download and view product manuals and catalogs).   Except my problem is reception. For many years, CelluarOne was the only cellular service provider; then they were bought by AT&T and my folks continued with them. Seems Verizon has the strongest network, as do prepaid carriers that use their network (I used to have a Tracfone as a teen). Around here, many places are dead zones for AT&T, including about half the house.  Even in the backwoods, friends of mine were getting 3-4 bars on Verizon, while I got "NO SERVICE" on mine.

Boughted allmost new Spirit X BO just waiting to arrive here, it was bit lucky to get it so cheap only 60€ + shipping.

The third gadget of my new EDC:
Olight I1R EOS, pretty cool little Flashlight whit a rechargeable battery included,
Tryed it yesterday out of my Roof Window to light our Bee House, and it’s pretty bright for such a tiny thing..
