I will try and fit them over the weekend. Should I use glue and, if so, any thoughts as to the type? (the seller says it's optional  :dunno: )

They'll be going on a Spartan which will, in turn, donate its scales to a knackered climber (corkscrew twisted out of kilter  :think: )

You could put them in a container with warm water (40º, 50º) for a few minutes. It will make the plastic somewhat less brittle and easier to insert in the SAK. Dry them well with a paper towel before putting them on.

A Leatherman Free P4 arrived here today.  It cut 4d and 8d nails and the pliers did not bind up.
