If it ran off AA's I'd be all over it. I have given up on fancy batteries as I never seem to have replacements when they die.

I actually love the look of this thing, and it looks like it would really come in handy at work. One question though, and bear with me as I really am not a flashlight guy, but what the heck is an 18650 battery? They look kind of like AA batteries. I like the light, but I smurfing hate special batteries.

18650's are rechargeable lithium ion batteries. Alkalines cannot provide the juice high powered lights need.
